TALUD CLÁSICO

The fermentation takes place in a period of 8 to 10 days, not exceeding the temperature of 28/30 ºC, the wine remains in contact with the skins in maceration, for a period between 10 and 15 days.

It is the result of the fusion between the fruit and the character of our soil, together with contact for 10 months in a collection of 300l barrels.

It is the power and expression of the goodness of the selection of the best fruit from small plots. In its elaboration and careful breeding, selecting barrel to barrel, we obtain the synthesis of the best wine.

Talud is produced in Alceño, Spain. The Alceño winery is located in the town of Jumilla, one of the Spanish wine regions, was founded in 1870 and has a history of almost 150 years of family winemaking.
